AzEDC ExPLURsion
Join the AzEDC exPLURsion, the biggest party on wheels! The party starts on Thursday, June 18th at 12pm or Friday, June 19th at 10am when the buses leave from Tempe and doesn't stop until it returns to The Valley on Monday, June 22nd or Tuesday, June 23rd. Shuttles drop off at several strip locations upon arrival and will shuttle you to and from those same locations to EDC at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway each day. All prices include free alcohol for everyone 21 & up and an AzEDC ExPLURsion t-shirt.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER
AzEDC ExPLURsion reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time, in which a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Cancellations that are made 14 days or greater from trip date will receive a full refund, less a $25 per person processing fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days from departure will be charged $50 per person. Cancellation within 7 days will result in full forfeiture of the trip cost. Failure to pay the second installment of payment plan will result in fofeiture of the initial payment. Should you find someone to assume your reservation and the office only needs to change names, there will be no penalty.
